About Senior Daybreak Services

Grand Valley Senior Daybreak is a program designed to provide a stimulating, loving environment for senior citizens,
and respite for their caregivers.

Monday thru Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., seniors can spend all or part of their day with other seniors in relaxed, safe and enjoyable surroundings. They can participate in a wide variety of activities:

  • Exercise
  • Family-style meals and great snacks!
  • Current Events
  • Gardening
  • Music & Entertainment
  • Arts & Crafts
  • Picnics
  • Pet Visits
  • Walks

Our services not only provide this and more for our seniors,
their caregivers can have personal time, knowing that their loved one is in a safe, caring environment.

We are a Medicaid-approved facility, with a full-time certified nursing assistant on duty at all times. We offer flexible scheduling as well as transportation (through Sunshine Taxi). Reports of your loved one's day are available and caregivers/family members are notified of concerns. Financial aid is also available.

You are invited to contact us and see for yourself how Senior Daybreak Services can help you and your loved one. We can arrange a visit before your make your decision!
